Shipping times are estimated to about 1-2 weeks at this time.


We do not offer refunds or accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if there are damages to your order when you received them, we will resend the items you chose previously. This will only be valid if proof of damage is sent to focusxframe@gmail.com as soon as it is received within 3 days.


At this time we do not accept requests for special notes, gift cards, or special packaging to a recipient receiving the order as a gift. 


In the event of a limited edition, artwork will be signed by the artist and numbered. 


At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. 


If a customer places the incorrect or an incomplete address, Focus X Frame is not responsible for replacing or refunding your order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the right address is complete and placed during the checkout process. 


Focus X Frame will not replace or refund an order under these conditions. 


If your order is still in process during this scenario, email focusxframe@gamil.com as soon as possible. If the email is received before shipping, we will contact you that the changes has been made for your order. If the order is already shipped, you will have to repurchase your ordered items.


Once a customer orders a digital download, the image ordered is instantly available to download onto your computer. To download your purchase, it will appear in the order confirmation and will be sent to your email address when the transaction is complete. 


Return and Refund Policy

Focus X Frame does not offer refunds or accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

  • In the occurrence of receiving your order damaged, customers have 3 days to send an email to focusxframe@gmail.com to replace the damaged items. 
  • Images of damaged items must be sent to focusxframe@gmail.com for items to be replaced.
